The Snapi Service Snapi is an AI-powered shopping discovery platform available via web, mobile application, and browser extension. Snapi helps users search, filter, compare, and receive persona-based personalized product recommendations across multiple online retailers. Important: Snapi is a discovery and recommendation tool only. Snapi does not sell products, process payments, hold inventory, or fulfill orders. All purchases, checkout, and payment transactions occur directly on third-party retailer or affiliate websites ("Partner Sites"). - Certain features may be unavailable, in beta, or limited access. - The Service may change without notice. - No guarantees are made regarding functionality, availability, or accuracy. 2. Eligibility - You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction). - You must comply with applicable laws and these Terms. - If acting for an organization, you represent you have authority to bind it. 3. Accounts and Access If you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and notify us of unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms. 4. Search, Personas & Recommendations Snapi uses AI, browsing behavior, preferences, and other signals to search products, build personas, and generate recommendations. Recommendations are algorithmic, may be inaccurate, and should always be independently verified before making a purchase. 5. Affiliate Relationships & Third-Party Purchases Snapi participates in affiliate programs. Purchases occur entirely on Partner Sites. We may earn commissions from qualifying purchases. Prices, availability, shipping, taxes, and policies are determined by Partner Sites. 6. Acceptable Use - No illegal, fraudulent, or abusive use. - No reverse engineering, scraping, or misuse. - No interference with security or affiliate tracking. - No excessive automated requests. - No impersonation. 7. Browser Extension Permissions The extension may access supported shopping pages, personalize recommendations, and store limited local preferences. Permissions can be revoked through browser settings. 8. Intellectual Property Snapi software, branding, algorithms, trademarks, and domain are owned by or licensed to QleapAI LLC. Third-party product content remains the property of its respective owners. 9. AI Disclaimer AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or unexpected. Recommendations are provided "AS IS" without warranty. 10. Payments & Pricing Snapi may offer free and paid subscriptions. Subscription pricing, billing, renewals, and refunds will follow published policies. Purchases made on Partner Sites are separate. 11. Third-Party Services We are not responsible for third-party products, services, privacy practices, or transactions. 12. Termination We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated, required by law, or necessary to protect the platform. 13. Disclaimers The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties. 14. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, QleapAI LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to amounts paid to QleapAI LLC during the preceding 12 months. 15.
